Nana Addo And Bawumia On Tour To 'Restore Hope'

Posted On Saturday, 12th May 2012

The Flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Nana Akufo-Addo and his running mate will storm the Eastern region on Saturday with their nationwide tour dubbed ?tour to restore hope?.

They will be heading for Abuakwa North and South, New Juaben North and South and the Kade constituencies.

This would be the first time Nana Addo will be going on tour with Dr. Bawumia as his running mate.

The NPP presidential ticket will among other things outline Nana Akufo-Addo?s vision to create a society of opportunities and aspirations, which seek not to leave any Ghanaian behind in the nation?s grand push for development and prosperity.

A deputy Communications Director of the NPP, Perry Okudzeto in an interview with Radio XYZ 93.1 FM said Nana Addo and Dr Bawumia are campaigning on the core themes of restoring hope to Ghanaians.

?Nana Addo goes back on tour over the weekend speaking to people his free education policy, expanding access to healthcare, empowering Ghanaian businesses, rebuilding the nation?s infrastructure, fighting corruption, tackling the housing issues of urban Ghana among others? he noted.
