Muntari's return to boost Ghana ahead of 2013 Nations Cup

Posted On Thursday, 18th October 2012

Sulley Muntari trained with his AC Milan teammates on Wednesday

By Patrick Akoto

Ghana have received a massive boost ahead of the 2013 African Cup of Nations after Sulley Muntari returned to the pitch for the first time in four months.

The AC Milan star had a slow training session  with his teammates on Wednesday as he pushes for fast recovery.

The 28-year-old was ruled out of action for six months after he picked up a knee injury during a kick-about with friends in Ghana in June.

He was expected to return to the pitch in December but the former Inter Milan man has made quicker than expected return from the treatment room.

The news will serve a real boost for Black Stars trainer Kwesi Appiah who is desirous of having the experienced left-footed player in his team for next year’s continental showpiece.

The history of Zambia and how it became a nation. There lived a man who had interest in all sorts of animals. He first slept with the snake and had no ofspring, slept with the frog and had none, slept with the monkey and had a FEMALE baboo. When he realised that the baboo had reached puberty,he slept with it and impregnated her. After 3months they had a twin Apes. They were both montrous Apes .The female was just ugly while the male was undescribable.Their pictures were not to be looked since it was described as horrible. After the death of the man,the monkey and the baboo, these two Apes started to fill Zambia as commanded by the man before his death”you two Apes,Fill Zambia with numerous Apes who will not be reasonable in anything but will attck human beings especially Human beings from A great country Named GHANA.meaning G-God H-has A-Appointed N-Nkrumah A-Already.”God Has Appointed Nkrumah Already”My dear Ghanaians ,now that you know how Zambia became a nation, never waste your precious time with them exchanging words becaue they are not human beings as we are. They are terrible animals, not even pets. They are ”Apes” Abnormal animals. All that they do are unreasonable.
