Ghana midfielder Sulley Muntari has returned to the AC Milan squad for their Champions League game against Ajax haven returned from injury.
The 29-year-old has been out for the past month with a foot injury sustained in the 1-1 draw with Genoa in a Serie-A game following his return from a successful international break.
Muntari’s absence coincided with the recent slump in domestic form of the Rossoneri.
The Ghana international is delighted to be making his return where he is expected to start against Ajax on Tuesday night.
“I’m fine, I trained with the team and I’m happy to be back. I am ready for Ajax,†Muntari told the Milan media channel.
