Hearts of Oak supporters chief Abdul Aziz Futah says he is convinced beyond any shred of doubt that Mohammed Polo cannot remain coach of the side.

The camp of the Phiobians is rocking following Wednesday’s humiliating 3-0 home defeat to Wa All Stars.

Hearts have now suffered back-to-back 3-0 defeats to All Stars in the Ghanaian top flight – putting the agitation of the fans into an overdrive.

The irate fans are demanding the immediate dismissal of their former player in order to reverse the team’s alarming decline.

But coach Polo has hit back at the fans saying they do not make meaningful contributions to help the side.

In a rebuttal, Hearts supporters chief Aziz Futah who led the unsuccessful plea to have sacked coach David Duncan reinstated says Polo must go.

“I am now fully convinced Polo cannot do the Hearts job; he is not a coach,” he told Aempa FM.

“We have seen coaches at Hearts of Oak, Jones Attuquayfio and the like.

“He [Polo] cannot get the best out of the players and therefore how can we say he is a coach.

“For eleven good years Polo has never coached a Premier club and when the fans are protesting you try to hit back.

“Have you ever heard Duncan insulting the supporters? Even Attuquayfio who was once chased by supporters has never spoken against the fans.

“I will advice the advice the Hearts supporters to treat Polo’s comments as sh*** and rather try and help take the team out of this predicament.”
