Ghanaian midfielder Mohammed-Awal Issah has completed his loan move to Greek Super League side Veria FC.

The combative midfielder wants a way after going down the pecking order behind by Ole Selnæs, Mikkel Diskerud and Jonas Svensson in midfield.

"Today, we finalized the release of Issah from Rosenborg to Veria. He is a good player who could not find their place in Norway," his agent Pascalis Tountouris announced on his Twitter page.

Issah's loan will run out in the summer of 2014.

"We hope Issah success in his new club, and we get the opportunity to sell him during the loan period," Rosenborg's Sporting Director Erik Hoftun told the club website.

Issah joined Rosonborg in the summer of 2011 for a fee of just over US$ 7 million as a replacement for compatriot Anthony Annan who left to Schalke 04.

The former Red Star Belgrade player started the first games but eventually found himself on the bench.
