US-based striker Dominic Oduro is set to mark his Ghana debut after earning a call-up to play in the international friendly against Chile in Philadelphia next week.

The 27-year-old Chicago Fire striker has reportedly been on the radar of US coach Jurgen Klinsmann but will now have the chance to prove his striking potentials with Asamoah Gyan's seven months break.

Oduro scored 12 times in 34 games and provided two assists in the Major Soccer League last season.

Ghana are in search for a new goal poacher after striker Asamoah Gyan took a temporarily break from the Black Stars.
