Young midfielder Daniel Kofi Agyei could play for Fiorentina's Primavera side if he failed to secure a move before the window shuts

Ghanaian youth midfielder Daniel Kofi Agyei is yet to join any club with four days left to close the European transfer window.

GHANAsoccernet.com understands the 21-year-old powerful midfielder has been told by La Viola manager Vincenzo Montella he will not feature in his plans this season.

Kofi Agyei, who spent last season at as loanee with Juve Stabia in the Serie B is yet to find a club.

Siena were reportedly interested in signing him but the deal seems to have hit the snag and he is still training at the Stadio Artemio Franchi in Florence.

The midfielder who has been likened to Chelsea star Michael Essien for his extremely powerful play played 18 times for Juve Stabia.

If he fails to secure a deal before the window closes, he would be asked to join youngster Nii Nortey Ashong in the Primavera squad.
