Winger Albert Adomah felt Brighton Hove and Albion did not offer much of a threat to his side Middlesbrough in their 2-1 win on Saturday in the Championship on the road.
The Ghana international scored the second goal before Albion pulled one back
He believed Middlesbrough had a pretty comfortable afternoon on the South Coast.
But Adomah admitted any win against the Seagulls is an achievement.
ââ¬ÅLast season we beat them 2-0 and here weââ¬â¢ve beaten them 2-1, so it's a great achievement to win here two years running,â⬠Adomah said.
ââ¬ÅGetting the three points was the main target even though it wasnââ¬â¢t a great game â⬓ and we deserved to win.
ââ¬ÅWhen you take the lead you can sometimes relax and with Brighton being at home they were going to put us under pressure. They scored from a set-piece which was a bit disappointing but apart from that they didnââ¬â¢t have many chances.ââ¬
