Michael Essien named in AC Milan squad to face Torino

Ghana midfielder Michael Essien has been named in AC Milan’s 23-man squad to face Torino tonight at the San Siro Stadium.

Essien, who completed his free transfer move early this week, has been training with the Rossoneri since Tuesday.

Compatriot Sulley Muntari also made the cut to face Torino.

Milan coach Clarence Seedorf is likely to field the former Chelsea ace against Ventura’s side.

New signing Adel Taarabt trained normally with the rest of the squad on Friday was also named in the squad.
