Medeama owner Moses Armah has tipped the Black Stars to beat Malawi 4-0 in Saturday’s 2013 African Cup of Nations qualifier.

The West African heavyweights are the overwhelming favourites to go past The Flames at the Accra Sports stadium in the first leg tie.

While some are cautious about the potential threat that will be posed by a plucky Malawi side, the Medeama bankroller,  who doubles as a member of the Black Stars management committee insists there is no cause for alarm.

“We have to give them a massive thrashing so that there will not be any pressure going into the return leg,” Armah said

“We have to win at all cost. We are not taken them lightly. We will beat them 4-0,”

“We want to win next year’s Nations Cup and the only way to do that is to bang in the goals.”

The Black Stars will play Liberia in a friendly after seeing off their opponent on Saturday.
