Medeama line-up two high-profile friendly matches

Posted On Thursday, 20th September 2012

Medeama will play Lions on Sunday and then battle Dwarfs on Wednesay

Medeama have lined-up two high-profile friendly matches against Heart of Lions and Ebusua Dwarfs.

The Mauves and Yellows will take to the turf to battle Lions at the Gyandu Park on Sunday before engaging Ebusua Dwarfs at the Tarkwa and Aboso Park on Wednesday.

The Tarkwa-based side have been preparing on the quiet where they have played series of low-profiled friendly matches ahead of the start of the new season  which commences on October 7.

Head coach Bashir Hayford and his backroom staff will continue to assess the new players while those on the fringes will seize the opportunity to reclaim their spot in the team.

The ambitious Ghanaian side are unwavering in their attempts to wrestle the Premier League crown from holders Asante Kotoko.
