Medeama will know their opponent in the final qualifying campaign of the CAF Confederation Cup  on April 1.

The Ghanaians must however first negotiate their tie against Zambian side Zesco United in a reverse fixture this weekend and travel to Ndola on Wednesday night.

They will seek to protect a 2-0 lead from the first leg recorded at Sekondi last Sunday.

The Confederation of African Football have picked April 1 as the date of the draw of the group stage of the African Champions League and the draw of the second round of the 16th Round of the Confederation Cup in Cairo.

Medeama have won their last two games against Panthers and Maghreb de Fes and remain Ghana’s sole contender in Africa this season after Kotoko, Ebusua Dwarfs and Berekum Chelsea crushed out.
