Medeama are reportedly interested in signing out-of-favour Asante Kotoko veteran midfielder Stephen Oduro.
The former Real Tamale United enforcer is set to quit the Kumasi-based side at the end of the season after spending over a decade at the club.
His lack of first team action since he recovered from an injury has left him frustrated on the sidelines and wants to try his luck elsewhere.
Medeama trainer Bashir Hayford is believed to be a key admirer of the experienced player and could launch a shock bid for his signature at the close of the season.
Oduro, 29, has refused talks of retiring to enter into coaching insisting he still has lot of footballing years in him.
I luv oduro so much and anytime i see him in kotoko game, i feel so happy. Oduro is well experience player and can help kotoko in the next season’s champions leag. Oduro has help kotoko alot and may God bless him for his great service. Long leave oduro: long leave KOTOKO.

Age 29?????? You see why we doubt the ages of these guys? I have nothing against Steve, but to clarify these things. How old was he when he was playing for RTU? For how long has he been with Kotoko?
Did he become a professional at age 12 or what? Come-on don’t let the “door so open” Just mention your right age, even if you 43 and a team wants you the will buy you.
