Carlos Roberto Paulette is suspended for the crucial tie against AC Leopards

Medeama will be without head coach Carlos Roberto Paulette for Sunday’s CAF Confederation Cup play-off decider against AC Leopards.

The Peruvian was sent off during the first leg 2-0 defeat last week to the Congolese side and will not be on bench at the Essipong Stadium.

In his absence, assistant coach Evans Augustine Adotey will direct affairs from the bench.

Adotey was away on international duty last month with the Black Maidens at the FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup in Costa Rica.

Medeama must win by three unanswered goals to reach the Group stage of this year’s competition.
