Adade Foli has earned a call-up to the Ghana national team

Medeama goalkeeper Adade Foli has been handed a late debut call-up to join Ghana's squad for the important 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Zambia.

The former Ghana youth international has replaced Norway-based Adam Larsen Kwarasey who has been withdrawn from the squad due to injury.

Foli, a member of the local Black Stars squad, was one of the best performers in last season's Ghana Premier League.

The 21-year-old will train with the side on Tuesday afternoon and will join Fatau Dauda and Razak Braimah.
