Ghana assistant coach Maxwell Konadu has predicted a team from Ghana C will be in the final of the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations and says it is necessary to ensure that team is the Black Stars.
The Pool to be based in Mongomo comprises Senegal, South Africa and Algeria- all favourites for the trophy.
“A team from our group will make the final of years AFCON and we will have to make sure that it is us that are there,†Konadu spoke to TV 3.
Ghana’s first match will be against 2002 runners-up Senegal on 19 January before entertaining Algeria four days later.
The Black Stars final Group match will be against South Africa in Mongomo on 27 January.
