Aduana Stars demolished Chelsea in Dormaa Ahenkro

Aduana Stars remain afoot the Ghana Premier League table despite hammering Berekum Chelsea 3-1 at the Agyemang-Badu Park on Sunday afternoon. 

Richard Arhin shot Aduana ahead in the 28th minute before Godfred Saka converted from the spot in the 64th minute to cushion the lead.

The experienced Stephen Owusu added the third for the Fire Club 3 minutes from full time to send the club to a convincing and comfortable 3-0 win. Bennett Ofori scored late in the game for Chelsea to register his second goal in two games.

Dwarfs' comprehensive victory over Heart of Lions on Saturday piled more pressure on Aduana to pick the maximum points against Chelsea to better their survival chances. And, midfielder Emmanuel Akuoko highlighted the Fire Club's desire to go all out for victory when he took to social media to express their battle readiness.

Chelsea's visit to the Agyemang-Gyawu Park had produce limited success and Aduana showed they were in no mood to entertain their visitors when Richard Arhin powered home a 28th minute effort to shot them ahead.

Godfred Saka increased the tally for Aduana with a 64th minute after an Aduana attacker was fouled inside the Chelsea box.

After Saka's doubler, Aduana jinxed up their play with fluid stretching passing game and Stephen Owusu netted the third three minutes from full time.

Bennett Ofori scored late in the game for Berekum Chelsea.
