Marseille will replace Ghana attacker Jordan Ayew with Milan star M’Baye Niang

French giants Olympique Marseille are planning to replace Ghana attacker Jordan Ayew with AC Milan star M’Baye Niang, GHANAsoccernet.com has learnt.

Marseille feel Jordan has not been able to live up to his potentials and are ready to sell him off in January.

Sporting Director Joe Anigo who is now interim manager at the club has identified French youth striker M’Baye Niang who has failed to make the first team grades at Milan.

Jordan’s move away from Marseille is becoming quite obvious as Les Olympians are ready to allow him leave the club.

English side Hull City and West Bromwich Albion have all been linked to the attacker in the past.

But fellow Ligue 1 side Lorient and a couple of Italian clubs have also  reportedly shown interest in the youngster.

This is a testimonial for all who insisted that Jordan is not ripe to have a place in the Stars. He is not good period and AA should drop him as well.No favoritism.

  2. CEREBRAL says:

Fans oftentimes fail to monitor the fluctuations in a player’s performance. If fans favor a player, they think the player will continue to progress and therefore should play for the national team. Performance statistics and fitness is what the coach should go by. Jordan will actually do a lot better if he plays as an attacking midfielder rather than as a striker.

  3. Benito says:

I agree with you, this guy may perform better if he is plays as attacking midfielder.it will take a good coach to transform him into this role to get the best out of him.he is a good dribbler.

  4. concerned citizen says:

well,it will do Jordan a lots of good if he leaves Marsiele for another club somewhere. Those who criticise should stop eventhough i also agree Assifua should be included in the BSs team..Jordan needs an appreciable time to revive and put himself together into maturity…hes got great skills that even some of our so-called senoir players lack..lets wish him goodluck than critcising….am done!

  11. chrisgya says:

I sometimes wonder what inspire some people to make comment. How in the world would anybody compare Assifua to Jordan. What do ppl really use to watch football at all? how!!! Jordan is a great player, very very mature. Played and playing with great players. How on earth would any think lowerly abt him except the usual ghanaian bring him down spirit as they did to his Father n Dede. God bless u Jordan and Dede…All d best. Ignore the hypocrites and move
