Marseille booed off after home draw with Ajaccio with Andre Ayew the brightest spot

Marseille were booed off by their fans after being held to a 0-0 home draw by mid-table Ajaccio in Ligue 1 on Friday with Andre Ayew the brightest spot in the team.
Visiting goalkeeper Guillermo Ochoa thwarted Marseille who remained third with 51 points from 29 games, two points behind Olympique Lyon and six adrift of leaders Paris St Germain.
PSG travel to fourth-placed St Etienne, who have 48 points, on Sunday while Lyon visit Bastia on Saturday.
Ochoa tipped an Andre Ayew effort over the bar in the 15th minute and 10 minutes later the Mexican stretched to his left to stop Andre-Pierre Gignac’s long-range drive.
Ajaccio, 13th in the table, went close before halftime when Johan Cavalli’s shot went just wide.
Ochoa then saved his team again on the hour when he denied Modou Sougou from point-blank range while Marseille midfielder Joey Barton shaved the post with 20 minutes to go.
It was the second successive goalless draw for Elie Baup’s team following last weekend’s stalemate with title rivals Lyon.
Third-placed Marseille moved to 51 points, six behind league leaders Paris Saint-Germain who go to Saint Etienne on Sunday and two back from Lyon who are at Bastia on Saturday.
Marseille’s hopes suffered another setback as the result could leave them in fifth place by the end of the weekend.

So much ado with the Ayew brothers. Most of the boos were directed at them. If they are so special why are they not winning for marseille. Let Dr Tamakloe take note of this and stop being an asshole.

I do not hate the Ayews. As a matter of fact, I admire Andre Ayew a lot for his skills. But the truth is they are spoilt, disrepectful and arrogant. Their source of counsel is bad and will hamper their advancement. Abedi, as great as he was as a player, is extremely a disaster as a counselor to his children.
DIDIER DROGBA was left out of the Ivory coast world cup squad. That doesn’t mean he is going to call premature time out on his country. The idiotic, arrogant and misled so called super players of ghana should take note.
