Ghana striker Mahatma Otoo will be facing compatriot Adam Kwarasey when Sogndal hosts Stromsgodset in the Norwegian top flight on Friday night.
The former Hearts of Oak captain has been limited to cameo appearances at Sogndal since arriving in the summer.
The 21-year-old could however be given the starting nod on Friday night with the sole aim of terrorizing compatriot Kwarasey in the Stroms post.
Jonas Olsson’s side are in desperate need of a win on Friday following last weekend’s 2-0 loss at Start.
Sogndal are also just five points away from the drop zone – further emphasizing the need for a win on Friday night.
They will however come up against a Stromsgodset side backed by their able Ghana goalkeeper and captain who has returned strongly from injury.
The game will be of great interest to Ghana coach Akwasi Appiah who will be looking to monitor the form of his two Ghanaian players as he finalizes his team for next month’s crucial 2014 World Cup playoff against Egypt.
