Local Black Stars have been training at South African Premier League side Mamelodi Sundowns ahead of the start of the 2014 African Nations Championship, MTNFootball.com has reported
Sundowns have made facilities at Chloorkop available for Ghana home-based national team.
Head coach Maxwell Konadu and his 23-man squad will be training there until they leave after Wednesday’s friendly against Mauritania to their base in Bloemfontein.
Ghana will open their CHAN campaign next Monday against Congo before engaging Libya and Ethiopia in Group C.
The Ghana Football Association has an agreement with Mamelodi Sundowns which allows national teams to train at the Absa Premiership Club.
In June last year, the senior national team trained there before flying out to Maseru to play Lesotho in a 2014 World Cup qualifier.
