Heart of Lions pipped a Koforidua select side

Heart of Lions pipped a Koforidua select side 1-0 in a pre-season friendly on Sunday afternoon.

Striker Kwame Bonsu scored the solitary goal of the match ten minutes before the interval in new coach Sarfo Castro’s second game in-charge.

Last Wednesday, the Kpando-based side drew 1-1 with Red Bull Academy.

Lions want to improve their 12th place finish in the upcoming season.
