Libya coach Javier Clemente has expressed satisfaction with his side's 1-1 stalemate with Ghana's Local Black Stars at the 2014 CHAN in South Africa.

The Local Black Stars took an early lead through a Yahaya Mohammed header but the Greens drew level terms through Faisal Ali after Nuru Sule conceded a penalty.

And Clemente believes his men responded well in the game.

“After a slow start and the shock of going behind to an early goal, we got ourselves back in the game and pegged back the Ghanaians and we could have got all three points tonight,” he said.

Libya stand a chance of progress from Group C if they win against Congo on Tuesday afternoon.
