Liberty goalkeeper Daniel Agyei set for third AFCON finals

Goalkeeper Daniel Agyei is set to make his third consecutive appearance at the Africa Cup of Nations next year.

Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah will settle on the youngster as one of his three goalkeepers for the next January's tournament.

He was first choice when Appiah won Ghana's first football gold medal at the 2011 All Africa Games in Maputo, Mozambique.

The Liberty Professionals number one has been on Ghana's roster since 2010 where the Black Stars won silver.

But the 22-year-old is yet to make his debut.

Agyei was between the sticks when Ghana's U20 became the first African country to win the FIFA U20 World Cup in 2009.
