Liberty drew 1-1 against King Faisal over the weekend
Liberty Professionals head coach George Lamptey has lashed out at his players for their tactical indiscipline against King Faisal.
The capital-based were cruising to a narrow 1-0 win until King Faisal grabbed the equalizer in the closing stages of the game.
The Liberty trainer was unimpressed with the output of the players and says something drastic must be done to salvage their Premier League campaign.
“I am very disappointed. My boys played very badly. They looked dull, too slow and not mobile,” Lamptey said
“We have to quickly go back to the drawing board to see what will happen because this is not the way we played during the pre-season.
“Something else has changed. May be this is the first match, there was pressure on them, they were in a hurry and their passes were going away.
“They looked tired and that was my problem. We’ve been playing pre-season games and they have never looked tired like this.”
The draw leaves Liberty on the 9th position on the League table.
