Ghanaian youth forward Kwame Amponsah-Karikari scored a double for Bal?kesirspor  as they hammered Fethiyespor 4-0 on Sunday to assume leadership of the Turkish second-tier league.

Karikari, on loan from Swedish giants AIK Solna, opened the scoring at the Fethiye ?ehir Stadyumu with a classy finish in the 18th minute before icing the cake for the newly-promoted side on the 74th minute mark.

Bal?kesirspor have targeted promotion to the Turkish elite division and they ensured their second straight win of the season with yet another emphatic win in an away fixture.

Their victory was smoothed by a brilliant display in opposition territory and it was the 2011 Ghana U20 attacker who greased and oiled their efforts.

His opening goal was a masterclass effort. He brought down a Deniz Vural throw-in on his chest, took out a defeat and placed the ball at the near-post with a great vision.

Togolese international Attakora Lalawelé weighed in a tailor-made cross from the right and he applied a nice header to wrap up the win for his side.

The former Inter Allies youngster will spend the entire 2013/14 season in Turkey and he is keen to impress and has targeted the topscorer award and helped Bal?kesirspor to secure promotion.
