Juventus midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah has hailed in the unity in the team following their impressive run in the Seria A.

Napoli handed the Serie A leaders,  only their second defeat of the season on Sunday after going down 2-0.

Callejón beat Kwadwo Asamoah to convert a cross from Lorenzo Insigne in the 37th minute for his 12th goal since his move from Real Madrid in the summer.

Mertens sealed a 2-0 victory for the home side with nine minutes left after collecting a long pass from Goran Pandev and outmuscling Claudio Marchisio before beating Gianluigi Buffon with a long-range shot.

Despite the setback on Sunday, Ghanaian international, Kwadwo Asamoah has attributed their fine form to unity.

"We are very united. We always try to help each other. If we want to win something we must do it as a team and not as individuals,” he said

We do everything together, we move together and move forward even difficulty as a team.

“That has really spurred us on and confident it will take us to the promised land.”

Juventus still have an 11-point lead over second-placed Roma with seven rounds remaining while Napoli are a further six points back in the race for the second automatic Champions League qualifying spot.
