Juventus ace Kwadwo Asamoah has tipped Real Madrid icon Cristiano Ronaldo for the 2013 FIFA Ballon d’Or.
The Portuguese captain must fend off competition from Barcelona star man Lionel Messi and Franck Ribery of Bayern Munich.
“In my opinion it will be Ronaldo,†Asamoah told Goal.com
“He did so well last season and this season he is continuing from where he left off and has been consistent, so he deserves it.â€
Ronaldo scored 59 goals in 2013, surpassing the 58 that he scored in 2012.
He single-handedly led Portuguese to eliminate Sweden in the European playoff to the 2014 FIFA World Cup finals .
