Influential midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah is determined to collect the three points when his Juventus side host Roma on Saturday.

“It will be another intense encounter, but we’re working well for it,” he toldJuventus Channel.

“We know how important it is and we’re determined to win.”

Juve had started the campaign with four straight wins, but they were caught at the top of the table by Napoli in midweek after a 0-0 draw at Fiorentina.

“We were expecting a tough game in Florence and that is what we got,” added the summer signing from Udinese.

“Other teams always pull out all the stops when they play against Juventus. Fiorentina showed bags of quality and a great work rate.”
