Kwame Baah Nuako has emerged as the front runner to win the Premier League Club’s representative slot on the Executive Committee of the Ghana FA.

The Asante Kotoko FA and International Relations Manager has applied for the position which became vacant following the demise of Kotoko Board Member Emmanuel Owusu Ansah.

Nuako, with his rich experienced in football administration and solid educational background must fend off competition from Ashantigold Chief Executive Kudjoe Fianoo as well as Aduana Stars chief Kofi Manu.

Both Fianoo and Manu failed in their bid to be elected onto the Executive Committee in their previous attempts but are hoping to be second time luck.

But the University lecturer is touted as the overwhelming favourite to get the nod from the Premier League representatives having served successfully in several capacities at the Ghanaian champions.

His past experienced as a broadcast journalist is seen as a plus and could win the slot to represent the 16 elite clubs on the Executive Committee.

He holds Ph.D in economics from the famous Harvard University.

The bye-elections will be held next week which will also see the election of a new Vice-President of the FA following the death of Jordan Anagblah.
