Asante Kotoko will spend ten days in the Northern Region as part of their pre-season plans.
Kotoko will play lower division sides in Tamale before heading to Techiman and Sunyani.
The defending league champions began training last Monday at their Adako Jachie ground and have been involved in rigorous exercises.
Head coach Mas-Ud Dramani will be supervising his first pre-season training with the Porcupine Warriors.
He missed last season’s because of his international commitment to the Ghana U17 female team at the 2013 FIFA U17 World Cup in Azerbaijan, where he won bronze.
