Asante Kotoko striker Seidu Bancey is aiming at the Ghana Premier League's goal king prize after jumping to the summit of the scorers chart on Sunday.
Bancey's scored two goals in Kotoko's 4-1 drubbing of Medeama at the Baba Yara Stadium to open a six-point lead.
The 23-year-old has a tally of six goals and wants to be ahead of the pack of candidates at the end of the season.
"I want to help Kotoko retain the league. That is my aim but if I'd be glad if i become the top scorer of the league at the end of the season," Bancey told SportsXtra.
ââ¬ÅI havenââ¬â¢t set a target for the number of goals I want to score this season because I want to win the league and the other Cups."
