Ghanaian champions Asante Kotoko will know their opponents for the 2013 CAF Champions League qualifying round after Sunday’s draw in Cairo.

Also, New Edubiase United, winners of the Ghana FA Cup, will draw an opponent in the Confederation Cup as they make their debut.

Kotoko have not played in the Group stage of the continent’s flagship event since 2006.

The 1983 champions were booted out of qualifiers by Senegalese side ASC Linguere.

Berekum Chelsea were Ghana’s sole representative in Africa this year and progressed to the money zone of the CAF Champions League.
