Asante Kotoko assistant coach Michael Osei who will lead the team out for glory in the MTN FA Cup final against Inter Allies says the dream of winning the double is on course.

The Porcupine Warriors won the First Capital Plus Ghana Premier League with two games to spare with Inter Allies one of the two teams to take three points away from them this season.

Allies profited from a home-match ban handed Kotoko to beat them 1-0 at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Despite the disappointment of losing to Inter Allies the last time out Osei insists winning the trophy is their priority and not revenge.

“I will prefer not to talk about revenge because what we have targeted is bigger than revenge we want the double,” Osei said.

“The final is between two teams who have worked hard to be at this position and my team will do all it can to win the cup.”

Kotoko are making a second appearance in the final of the MTN FA Cup in four seasons but are yet to lift the trophy.
