Asante Kotoko coach Bogdan Korak says Berekum Chelsea deserve to be crowned Ghana Premier League champions for the season.

Asante Kotoko coach Bogdan Korak says Berekum Chelsea deserve to be crowned Ghana Premier League champions for the season.

The Serbian suffered a 1-0 reverse on Sunday at the Golden City Park to complete a double of defeats this term.

The Blues claimed a deserved 2-3 win at the Baba Yara Stadium in the corresponding fixture.

Korak believes the Blues have the credentials to lift the first time in the club’s two-year stay in the top flight.

“Yes, Chelsea will win the league. They are first and will remain the first. Now they are going to be champions but next season No. Kotoko will be champions next season,” Korak told www.berekumchelsea.com

The Blues have a ten-point lead and travel to Wa on Tuesday to play All Stars the following day.
