Asante Kotoko coach Mas-Ud Dramani says he is determined to make a huge impact in the CAF Champions League next year.

Dramani has won two consecutive Ghana Premier League titles and has turned his focus on conquering the continent.

This year, Kotoko were booted out of the flagship inter-clubs competition by minnows Barrack Young Controllers of Liberia.

“I want to see myself doing well at that level because I think that locally I don’t have motivation anymore,” Dramani said.

“The motivation I have in staying for Kotoko is the Champions League that is where my focus though we will be using the league and FA Cup as our short and medium term projections but the ultimate is to do well in Africa.

“And doing well in Africa is not just to go and participate but it means we have to break into Africa.”

Kotoko are on pre-season in Tamale ahead of the start of the Ghana Premier League on 21 September.
