Asante Kotoko coach Mas-Ud Dramani believes the Super Clash against Hearts of Oak on Sunday lived up to its huge billing.
The former Ghana U17 girls team trainer guided the champions to a vital 1-0 win over their arch rivals in Accra.
It was the first win for Kotoko against Hearts under coach Dramani in three attempts.
Both teams produced a thrilling encounter for the almost packed Accra Sports Stadium especially in the dying minutes when they both went at each other.
The game has received rave reviews since and the Kotoko trainer was one of the first to hail the quality game produced by his and the opposing side.
“It was an epic encounter being the El Classico, the Ghanaian version and you will not expect anything than fireworks as we all saw in today’s game,” Dramani said.
”Both sides sold out good football and the credit goes out to Ghana football and the fans also behaved themselves very well.
”The atmosphere was very charged and the coaches also played their part by varying their tactics with the materials we had at our disposal.”
