Kotoko captain Michael Akuffo is pleased with his personal form.
The 27-year-old has been outstanding for the Porcupine Warriors since he joined the club two years ago.
The former Feyernord enforcer turned in another stupendous performance for the side as they beat rivals Hearts of Oak 1-0 two weeks ago and put up another reminder of his enduring power with a sublime display in their narrow win over New Edubiase last Sunday.
Akuffo said: “I’m happy with the way I’m playing at the moment, I’m playing with lots of confidence.
“It’s important to keep the run going. Our ultimate goal is to retain the Premier League crown.
“The battle ahead is huge but we’re confident we can handle the pressure that comes with it.
“The three matches that we have played were tough but we stuck together and worked towards achieving a specific goal. We need to keep going and continue to work hard.”
Kotoko travel to Wa to face All Stars in another difficult test on match day-4 of the Ghana Premier League on Wednesday.
