King Faisal striker Sulley Mohamed is delighted to have earned a call-up to Ghanaââ¬â¢s U20 team.
The bulky striker has been rewarded for his decent performance for the Local Black Stars after been named a provisional 30-man squad released by coach Sellas Tetteh.
Mohammed could find himself playing a part in his countryââ¬â¢s African Cup qualifying campaign and admits he is excited at the prospect of playing alongside some of the finest players in the West African country.
ââ¬ÅI am very thrilled with the opportunity to impress the coach,â⬠Mohammed said
ââ¬ÅThe call-up is a fantastic reward for my performance start to the season but I know Iââ¬â¢m not the finished article. Iââ¬â¢ve got to go there and prove myself and hopefully I can get my chance.
ââ¬ÅIââ¬â¢m not getting carried away as I know I still need to work hard.ââ¬
Mohammed was member of the Ghana squad which played at this yearââ¬â¢s CHAN tournament in South Africa where the team won silver.
