King Faisal have parted ways with their head coach Prince ‘Sabuto’ Acheampong following a strained relationship with club president Alhaji Ahmed Abdul Karim.

Acheampong has been told his services are no longer required following the side’s demotion to the country’s second-tier.

He replaced Peruvian trainer Carlos Roberto Paullete but failed to guide the side to safety.

The former Asante Kotoko coach is believed to have clashed with outspoken owner Abdul Karim, nicknamed, Gruzah, leading to his dismissal.

He is reported to have incited players to boycott the team’s training session during his time with the cash-strapped side.
