King Faisal owner Alhaji Karim Gruzah has labeled Black Stars returning goalkeeper Richard Kingson as ‘disrespectful and ungrateful’ human being.
Gruzah claims he secured a contract for the veteran shot-stopper and two others to Turkish giants Galatasary but Kingson in particular has failed to show him appreciation.
The 35-year-old has been named in Kwesi Appiah’s 25 man squad for this month’s World Cup playoffs first leg tie against Egypt in Kumasi and the outspoken football administrator has not hidden his dislike for the Doza Katokopias new signing.
“I secured a contract for Richard Kingson and Stephen Appiah to Galatasaray and can you believe he ignores me anytime he sees me?” Gruzah bemoaned on Radio XYZ
“I know his father and the family very well and I did not expect him to do that but I still pray for him even though I am disappointed with him.”
The King Faisal bankroller is among many critics who have kicked against his return to the team after a two-year absence.
