King Faisal owner Karim Grunzah want to buy eight players

By Patrick Akoto

King Faisal will buy eight players to fortify their squad ahead of the upcoming season, the club owner has revealed.

The Kumasi-based club beat Hasaacas in their decisive National Division One League play-offs to qualify to the top-flight after just a season in the lower division.

The team is racing against time to strengthen their squad ahead of this season but the club’s bankroller Alhaji Karim Grunzah claims eh has hit ground running to buy as many as eight players.

“Of course we have to buy players. I believe we need like 8 or so players to help our campaign next season” Gunzah said

“The players who helped us to qualify have done very well but playing in the Premier League is a different ball game,”

“We have to get some experienced players to aid our quest to make a great impact in the upcoming season.”
