Alhaji Gruzah insists King Faisal will play their home matches at the Baba Yara Stadium

King Faisal President Alhaji Karim Grusah has squashed reports that they are considering playing their home matches in Bechem.

Last week, the District Chief Executive of Tano South was quoted by saying he had received a proposal from the Ghana Premier League returnees.

The Bechem Park is available following the relegation of Bechem United from the Ghana top-flight last season.

But the club have rubbished that and insisted the Baba Yara Stadium will host their home matches for the upcoming season.

“I was born and bred in Kumasi so why will I take King Faisal to Bechem,” Gruzah quipped.

“You (journalists) never discussed anything with King Faisal but the news was on the internet. It’s a shame to that person.”

The club played their second-tier league matches at the Abrankese Park.

King Faisal begin their campaign on October 7 with an away game against Liberty Professionals.
