Ex-Ghana striker Kim Grants wants a coaching offer at Asante Kotoko.
The 42-year-old wants to replace Mas-Ud Dramani as the club hunts for a new coach.
The Ghanaian champions are in the market scouring for a new trainer after partially parting ways with Dramani.
Majority of the clubââ¬â¢s supporters are demanding for the appointment of controversial figure David Duncan after receiving the backing of the supportersââ¬â¢ umbrella body.
However, Grant, a former Charlton Athletic attacker, has thrown himself into the race by declaring he can help the club retain the Ghana Premier League title
ââ¬ÅThe team [Asante Kotoko] is one of the greatest clubs in Ghana, so I would love if I get the opportunity to coach them," Grant told Accra-based fast-rising Starr FM
ââ¬ÅIn that case my focus will be winning the league and excelling in the Caf Champions League."
He played for Ghana between 1996 and 1997 and made seven appearances for the Black Stars.
