Kevin Prince-Boateng axed from AC Milan squad

Posted On Tuesday, 30th October 2012

Kevin-Prince Boateng has been left out Milan's squad to face Palermo

Ghanaian midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng has been dropped from AC Milan’s squad for Tuesday’s clash against Palermo because of his poor form.

Boateng was pushing for a place in Milan’s squad travelling to Sicily to take on Palermo in hope of making it two wins in a row.

AC Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri excluded the enigmatic player from his 21-man squad for the game.

The Ghanaian’s poor form of late saw him axed from coach Massimiliano Allegri’s match day squad against Malaga and Genoa.

He missed Monday’s training session and he will have his work cut out in subsequent matches in for him in order to make the squad.

The Renzo Barbera stadium will play host to the event on Tuesday at 21h45 (CAT).

During those two games the Rossoneri lost one and won one game, seeing them cash in on their first three domestic points in over a month, and with Saturday’s victory still fresh in their legs, the Milan boys will be determined to keep the ball rolling without Boateng.

Squad: Abbiati, Amelia, Gabriel; Abate, Acerbi, Bonera, Mexes, Yepes, Zapata;Ambrosini, De Jong, Constant, Emanuelson, Flamini, Montolivo, Muntari,Nocerino; Bojan, El Shaarawy, Pato, Pazzini.
