Kevin Boateng scores in Milan win, Muntari unused substitute

Posted On Saturday, 2nd March 2013

Kevin-Prince-Boateng scores AC Milan's second goal

Kevin-Prince Boateng scored a goal in AC Milan’s 3-0 victory over Lazio which saw them leapfrog into third place in the Serie A on Saturday.

The retired Ghana international rolled in from close yards after Lazio goalkeeper Marchetti got down well to palm a Pazzini header off the line at the near bottom corner.

Milan broke the deadlock before half-time when Marchetti spilled an Ignazio Abate angled drive, Bruno Pereirinha stopped El Shaarawy getting to the loose ball, but Pazzini pounced to tap into an empty net from four yards.

Pazzini scored the third after receiving a straight pass from Lazio player Radu in the final third and the striker hit a screamer from distance into the near bottom corner.

Sulley Muntari was an unused substitute in the big win.

Honestly, can Akwasi Appiah manage players like Muntari, Essien, Abeyie, and Prince (should he rescind his decision)? Inferiority complex and rather consume him that’s why he prefers average and up and coming players. Ghana Black Stars is too big for Kwasi Appiah. Sack him NOW!!
