Kennedy Ashia's brace hands Liberty first win

Liberty Professionals players celebrate with Kennedy Ashia in the 2-0 win over Aduana

Liberty Professionals ended their goal drought by beating Aduana Stars 2-0 in the Ghana Premier League on Sunday. 

Striker Kennedy Ashia scored within three minutes to hand his side their first win of the season.

The ‘Scientific soccer lads’ faced a tricky test against on home grounds as Aduana were likely to cause an upset.

After a pulsating opening 45 minutes, striker Kennedy Ashia scored in the 55th and 58th minutes to seal the points for Liberty.

This is Aduana’s first defeat of the season.
