Ghana youth midfielder Kennedy Ashia is delighted with the reception received at Norwegian outfit SK Brann.
The youngster has started training with the side after signing a six-month loan deal.
The 19-year-old was mobbed by fans when he arrived in Norway to begin his career and the ex-LibertyProfessionals enforcer has expressed his delight with the reception accorded him.
“Norway is a fine country and I’m very happy with the reception,” Ashia said
“I want to take my chances and hopefully I will get a long-term deal after the six-month loan deal.
“My confidence is up after seeing how the fans love me and the fact that they know what I can do for the club.
“I am really looking forward to my stay.”
Ashia was a member of Ghana’s U20 side which clinched bronze at the 2013 FIFA World Youth Championship in Turkey.
