Juventus star midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah is expected to explode on Wednesday night when they take on Chelsea in the UEFA Champions League at the Stamford Bridge.

The Ghana international will be the key player for the Italian giants even though he will be playing his first game in the competition for the club.

The former Udinese midfielder  has been in blistering form since his move from Stadio Fruili to Juventus in the summer and has been the key man in their blistering start to the Serie A season.

He goes into the game against the English champions in fantastic form after climbing off the bench when Juventus were 1-0 down to help them to a 3-1 victory.

Asamoah created the second goal and finally put the game beyond the reach of Genoa after hitting the target in the dying  minutes of the game .

The Ghanaian star’s persistent effort earned his side a penalty which was converted by Montenegrin  marksman Mirko Vucinic to make the score 2-1.

Asamoah put the icing on the cake when he tapped in a low cross from the right hand side which had taking a deflection to put the score at 3-1. The midfielder’s current form and silky skills is surely cause some headache for the Chelsea defence after his three impressive outings with Juventus in the Serie A.

The Blues defence has been somewhat of a white elephant this season after their abysmal display against Atletico  Madrid with Colombian striker Rademal Falcao in the Super Cup, exposing the frailties of the Premier League side.

Asamoah would  be looking forward to taking advantage of the weakness in the Chelsea team to hand Juventus a victory at the Bridge.

The midfielder is widely recognized as Ghana’s top player in Europe this season even though striker Abdul Majeed Waris is making waves in Sweden.
