Kwadwo Asamoah
Juventus coach Antonio Conte admits Kwadwo Asamoah was out of sort in last Sunday’s 1-0 defeat to AS Roma in the Serie A.
Asamoah was playing his first match for the Italian champions after returning from the Africa Cup of Nations.
He was handed a starting role at the Stadio Olimpico and was replaced after 56 minutes.
Conte explained that the midfielder is struggling to adapt since rejoining his teammates.
”Asamoah was on international duty for six weeks and someone even wanted me to play him against Celtic.
”He looked like a fish out of water today, as he hadn’t trained with us for a month and a half and it was enough to take him out of our systems,” said Conte.
Asamoah helped Ghana to finish fourth at the 2013 Nations Cup in South Africa.
Aahh GSN!!!! So it took you more than 72hrs to report a dead news.Yes he singled out Kwadwo to make a point but it was the whole team that played below par and he himself agreed too the stretch/strain on is players
LEARN UR LESSON. IF U PLAY FOR AA. HE WILL RUIN UR CAREER. TO INJURIES N UNDER PERFORMANCE. DATS WHY HE PLAYS OUT OF POSITION. ASAMOAH MUST ALSO PLAY IN DEFENSIVE MIDFIELD AND LEFT WING. HE CAN EXCEL AS A LEFT WINGER…
